• Yoga Classes at CST: Tracy Stoner is going to be leading Yoga classes at CST Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.  The month of March is your chance to try these for free.  These will take place on March 7, 21, and 28.  There will not be a Yoga class on March 14 due to a late Casino Night the evening before.  All you need to do is show up and bring a Yoga mat or a large towel.  Starting in April, we will continue with classes but there will be a fee of $36 per month.  This is a great way to help get in shape, reduce your stress, and support the Synagogue with a fun and healthy fundraiser.  No prior Yoga experience is necessary.  Tracy is wonderful, skilled and patient.  Come and enjoy!
  • The congregation is invited to join the upper Religious Education students for Tallit Making Discussion by the congregation’s own Art Bennett and Tracy Mishkin who have made many tallit.
