    • Yoga Classes at CST: Tracy Stoner is going to be leading Yoga classes at CST Sunday mornings at 11:30a.m.  All you need to do is show up and bring a Yoga mat or a large towel.  There is a fee of $36 per month.  This is a great way to help get in shape, reduce your stress, and support the Synagogue with a fun and healthy fundraiser.  No prior Yoga experience is necessary.  Tracy is wonderful, skilled and patient.  Come and enjoy!
